Ekwip is a SaaS platform that supports non-food brick-and-mortar retailers in digitalizing their stock and selling their products online via marketplaces

Our solution optimizes stock turnover, reduces the time products spend on shelves, and converts stagnant inventory into cash flow faster. The goal isn't just to sell more at any cost, but to minimize losses associated with slow-moving products.

ekwip synchronizes data from the ERP, but the merchant remains responsible for the completion and quality of the product information.

Up-to-date, consistent, and complete data is essential to ensure product visibility online and accelerate sales.

The platform is designed for retailers who want to digitalize their catalog, activate a portion of their stock online, and improve their cash flow management—without becoming e-commerce sellers or changing their existing operations.

This integration provides a real-time, up-to-date view of your stock, ensures data reliability, and prevents overselling. It is simple to set up, either because Ekwip already partners with the relevant ERP or upon the client's request.

Using Ekwip also entails meeting shipping deadlines and fulfilling all confirmed orders.

Ekwip acts as a digital layer over your physical stock.

The platform synchronizes the majority of the catalog from the ERP, structures and enriches product data, and makes this stock actionable across multiple channels: marketplaces, e-commerce, or visible catalogs that support both the in-store experience and customer acquisition

The merchant remains free to select the products they wish to sell online.

This selection respects existing commercial agreements with brands. Ekwip allows for a progressive and targeted product activation, balancing online sales opportunities with commercial consistency and store image, without creating unnecessary friction

The digitalized catalog forms a unified foundation, synchronized with actual stock levels.

It can be used to sell on marketplaces, power an e-commerce site, or create visible and scalable catalogs, allowing customers to see what the store offers, prepare their visit, and enhance the in-store experience

Ekwip allows you to define automated liquidation rules based on criteria such as stock age, season, product category, or turnover rate

Offers are created and adjusted automatically, while remaining editable at any time.

Ekwip suggests recommended prices designed to maximize your online sales potential

These recommendations evolve over time and can be applied automatically or semi-automatically. The merchant always retains final control over pricing.

Offers can be created individually by scanning the EAN code, in bulk based on various criteria, or automatically using predefined liquidation rules

Marketplaces require EAN codes to identify products in a standardized way.

If EAN codes are missing from the ERP, it is the merchant’s responsibility to contact their brands to obtain the information or to scan barcodes directly in-store when the code exists but is not referenced. Without an EAN code, a product cannot be sold online.

ekwip distributes products across major European marketplaces, based on the merchant's location, product categories, and the most relevant sales opportunities.

Ekwip is the visible face online on marketplaces.

This allows for online sales without directly exposing the store, preserving your local brand image

When a product is sold, the order appears in Ekwip. The merchant prepares and ships the package from their store, following the instructions provided

Returns are managed according to marketplace rules. Returned products are sent back to the merchant’s store, where they can decide whether to return them to inventory or put them back up for sale.

Payments are made on a monthly basis. A detailed statement allows you to track completed sales, applied fees, and the net amount paid out

Ekwip operates with a SaaS subscription and marketplace commissions charged only when a product is sold. No variable commission is applied if no sale occurs.

The merchant remains responsible for the products they list, their compliance, their shipment, and the associated warranty. Ekwip acts as a technological facilitator and sales channel, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions
